Arthur Mack was the stage name of Arthur James McKay, an small-time American actor who in 1915, in his late thirties, sailed to England and enlisted in the British Army. He went to France in 1916 and served there until 1917, when he was discharged after being injured by mustard gas. Illustrated with frontispiece and nine other black-and-white photographic plates.
