Jakob Nielsen: Collected Mathematical Papers [Two volumes, complete, covering the years 1913-1932 and 1932-1955]

Boston: Birkhäuser, 1986. First printings. Hardcover. Each volume is 10 1/4 by 7 1/4 inches; 261 by 183 mm. Volume 1 is xi, 458, [1] pages; Volume 2 is xi, 440, [1] pages. Hardcover, in fine condition, bound in brown cloth with silver lettering on the spines, in very good yellow-cream jackets with brown lettering. The books are crisp, bright, and entirely unflawed; the jackets, also quite nice, are flawed by light but telltale signs of exposure to moisture along the bottom edges, within an inch of each spine (two inches on the rear panel of volume 2). The wavy outlines of the dampstains, which are fairly difficult to see, project about a third of the way up the spines. The jackets are enclosed in clear, archival-quality, removable protective covers. Item #375
